Inspect Your Property for Damage Related to Snow Removal

If you observe any of the above types of damage, and believe this damage to have occurred this season, please report this to your Snow Committee Street Captain as soon as is possible (please do not report these things to your Street Captain for Turf/Landscape).

Again, regarding turf damage: Please do not report turf damage that is contiguous to the street, as Fairway will automatically repair these areas.
 
Regarding damaged sprinkler heads, in addition to reporting, please also mark the location. Red flags are available at the Clubhouse, during office hours, but feel free to use your own markers of any color/style.
 
The cutoff for reporting damage related to snow removal activity is May 15, this in consideration of our Snowbirds, but all residents should inspect and report ASAP. This is critical to an orderly repair program.
