New homeowners who have moved into Great Island in 2023 be provided name tags at no charge as a courtesy of the Great Island Activities Group. New homeowners signing up for a name tag are asked to check the New Homeowner column on the signup sheet. Please indicate how you wish your name to appear on the name tag and include your street name.

FOR ALL NEW NAMETAG ORDERS please fill out the sign-up sheet at the Clubhouse. Print legibly and do not use abbreviations, ditto marks, etc. Note: Those with pacemakers may order a tag with a pin back rather than the standard magnetic back. Please indicate on the signup sheet if you need the pin back type. 

 If you are not a new homeowner and would like to order a name tag, please print your name and street on the signup sheet exactly as you wish to have it appear on the name tag. Orders will not be placed for anyone that has not prepaid. Checks are due when you sign up. Cost is $10 per tag and checks are payable to the Great Island Activities Group.

The deadline to place an order is 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 30th. It takes approximately three weeks after the name tags are ordered to receive them. An e-mail will be sent out once they arrive and you will be asked to come to the Clubhouse to pick them up.
