Gentle-Men's Yoga (formerly Men's Stretch Class)

Yoga has many benefits and this is an opportunity to explore what yoga is. Learn about breathwork, bringing the body and mind into a state of calm, and the physical movements of yoga known as Asana.
 
Bring a yoga mat, bring a friend! No charge.
 
Class runs from 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 every Friday. 
Pre-registration not necessary.
