Work is continuing. Woodwork, except for the kitchen is done except for “punch list” items. The painters are here today and this weekend. The LVT has been installed in the craft room. The great room carpet should be installed next week. Electricians are scheduled for next week, and acoustical tile for the week after.

 

Kitchen cabinets are in. Hardware has been installed. The countertops have been templated. Appliances should be in next week as well.

 

We had allowed evening activities in the clubhouse the first part of the week but had to close again last night as the painters had taped the doors to the rooms shut in preparation for spray painting. If the painters finish up, we can reopen for evening activities on Monday. We may be able to allow use of some of the rooms during the day next week as well, but stay tuned. As before, the priority is to get things done.
