STRENGTH AND RESISTANCE TRAINING RETURNS

STRENGTH AND RESISTANCE TRAINING With Kathy Zaffiro will return on Wednesday, September 20th from 10:30 to 11:15 in the ballroom. This class is for active aging exercisers who want to increase strength and endurance, balance, and flexibility. This 45-minute class will be a low impact Tabata style workout with a variety of exercises to fun music.
