The Great Island Summer Solstice Walkabout will be held on June 21st, 2025. This is a great event for all residents of Great Island and is a wonderful opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet new neighbors.
Sign up continues for Summer Walkabout! Host Homes needed!
Many residents have already signed up for the Summer Solstice Walkabout on June 21. Please continue to do so, we will have a fun time! Please consider being a "host home" for this event. Our first two appetizers will be at host homes, and dessert will be served in the Clubhouse so we will all be together to finish up the night.
Host homes are what make this a great party. Please help if you can!

New Series of Aquafit Begins Monday, June 2nd.
Signup sheets will be available at the Clubhouse on Tuesday, May 13th. If space remains available after May 22nd classes will be opened up to all Pinehills residents.
The fee for class is: $50 per person (for six classes).

Come have some fun while you get those Rusty Hinges moving. This class will consist of seated and standing exercises from head to toe. Whether you are just a beginner, or exercise regularly, this class is well rounded and suited for all.
Pre-registration is not required.
Saturday, May 31st
The Great Island Board of Directors in coordination with the Great Island Sports Association will be offering CPR, Defibrillator, and First Aid Training on Saturday, May 31st at 9 AM in the Overlook ballroom.
This training program is being offered at a cost of $10.00 per participant. Space is limited to the first 20 residents, 1 person per household. The goal is to have as many households as possible with one person trained in CPR and AED operation on Great Island.

Join your friends and neighbors at the beautiful Southers Marsh Golf Club for an afternoon of golf followed by a cocktail hour cash bar and dinner. This annual event is sponsored by the GI Sports Association and all Great Island residents are invited to attend.

Advance reservations are required for the Stonebridge venue, but it's "first come first seat" at Great Island.
