Inspect Your Property for Damage Related to Snow Removal
Posted on Apr 8th, 2026
If you have not already done so, please take a few minutes to inspect your property for:
- Broken or missing sprinkler heads
- Broken, missing or marred components of your front porch/stoop railing system
- Broken, dented or marred areas on your garage door and side trim pieces
- Areas of disrupted turf that are not contiguous to the street
(Note: Fairway took photos of the fronts of all homes in the Fall. If those photos of your home show the damage to garage areas and/or stoop/porch areas that you might now be trying to report, Fairway will not repair them. As such damage is now well beyond reporting cutoffs.)
